Parker's is what it is. Big. Mercifully not too loud. Cheap drinks at Happy Hour (a full four hours from 3:00 to 7:00). Bar food. TVs. Unapologetic. After all, it has nothing to be sorry for.
Parker's Chesapeake Wings are meaty and dripping with sauce. The Chicken Quesadilla is short on queso but packed full of chicken and beans. And all the burgers being carried around the room looked more satisfying than the sum of their parts.
Not to be overlooked is the outdoor seating (for warmer months) and the validated parking down the block (look for the train mural). You get one hour free, and it's pretty cheap after that.

This place is great! It is starting to become one of my favorite places to eat! Its great on a Friday afternoon for happy hour, but it is also a great place for a Saturday night to grab some dinner.
Try to burgers... they are to die for!!
